Long-term management needs long-term backing. Nirvana has a perpetual care trust fund, managed by an independent trustee, so that upkeep of the parks does not rely on day-to-day operations alone.

Why does this matter? Because a niche or burial plot isn't something that ends a few years after you buy it. Decades from now, roads, buildings, landscaping and public spaces will still need ongoing upkeep.
According to Nirvana's information, the perpetual care trust fund is managed by an independent trustee, providing ongoing backing for the long-term upkeep of the parks; RHB Trustees Berhad manages the trust fund.
It is mainly used for long-term repairs to the parks and the upkeep of shared spaces, including:
